Explorer of Light

Lewis Kemper of Lewis Kemper Photography has been named to Canon USA’s elite group of photographers, The Explorers of Light. Canon USA has selected 62 photographers to represent Canon and its photographic products. Canon describes the Explorers of Light program as such:
“The Explorers Of Light program is a group of 62 of the World's best photographers united in their love and passion for photographic excellence. They also share a common desire to contribute back to the industry with a willingness to share their vision and passion with others.
The other common thread that runs through the group is their appreciation and devotion to the excellent photographic equipment manufactured by Canon. The Explorers Of Light endorses Canon's corporate philosophy of "kyosei" which translates into English as "living and working together for the common good".
Some of the other photographers in the program include: Barbara Bordnick, John Paul Caponigro, Adam Jones, Robert Farber, Art Wolfe, Rick Sammon, Joyce Tenneson, George Lepp, Tyler Stableford, David Humme Kennerly, and Douglas Kirkland.
